Cancellation Policy for Shaman's Way Audio Downloads:

Due to the nature of an audio download we do not offer refunds after 24 hours from purchase. The same is for CDs due to the nature of audio copy abilities. If there is a refund issued for either item, there will be  a 10% processing fee.

Cancellation Policy for Shaman's Way Live Workshops:

Full refunds, minus a 10% processing fee, are available up to 14 days prior to the event. After that date you may send an alternate to the event without additional charges. A credit may also be issued for use toward another event within one year of the original event. Delivery / Timing Policy for Shaman's Way Audio Downloads:

After payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing the link to download the Audio file. This email can be available just after the purchased or any time it takes to confirmed that the payment was successful.

Delivery / Timing Policy for Shaman's Way Live Workshops:

After an event registration, you will receive a confirmation email that you have registered for that event. You will be in our records, and you will be able to attend the Live Workshop. If you selected a different payment option (Pay later), you will need to pay at the event entrance.
